Dr. Mary E. Foley is a licensed psychologist with over fifteen years of professional experience in the assessment, treatment, and organizational leadership of trauma-related services, with specialized expertise in domestic violence, sexual assault, coercive control, and trauma-informed care. Her work integrates clinical psychology, forensic practice, and systems-level expertise, grounded in extensive collaboration with legal, medical, and law enforcement professionals.

Dr. Foley has served in senior leadership roles for both domestic violence and sexual assault programs, overseeing trauma-informed services, forensic processes, and multidisciplinary coordination. She has direct experience as a forensic interviewer in child sexual abuse cases and has provided testimony related to forensic interviews. Her professional background allows her to explain complex trauma dynamics, victim behavior, and psychological responses in a clear, evidence-based manner applicable to legal contexts.
